To ensure successful synchronization of your health and exercise data, please follow these steps:

 <li>Update all the apps (TicHealth/TicExercise/TicAccount/TicPrivacy) on your smartwatch.</li>
 <li>Enable the "Data sync" switch in the TicPrivacy app.</li>
 <li>Disable and then enable the Bluetooth connection between your smartwatch and your phone.</li>
